Do you sell internationally?

 

We are working on making our products available internationally. We are in negotiations with local courier companies and will make an announcement as soon as we can ship internationally. For now our products are only available in South Africa.

How do I return an item?

 

We pride ourselves in giving you all the details and clear photographs in order for you to make an informed decision on the  item(s) you are buying.

If you are not happy with your purchase you are able to return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving it.  If we made a mistake, we will pay for the courier back to us, if you simply changed your mind you are still able to return it, but at your cost and in the same condition it was received. If the item is damaged, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate amount for the loss of value on the item. Refunds are limited to the original price paid.

How do I track my order?

 

Once we receive payment confirmation for your order, you will receive an email with all the courier details that you'll need to track your order. You may also email us at ratladies@retailpetmerch.co.za for assistance.

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer door to door courier in all major cities. For clients not in major cities, we offer Postnet counter to counter. For our Cape Town based clients we offer a pick up point in Durbanville.

How do you source your Art?

​

We purchase licences from the artists directly. This allows us to print their artwork in limited amounts. We also ensure that the designs are within the artists' specifications and obtain final approval before releasing new stock. We give credit to all our collaborating artists. For some of our products we buy the license to use images from stock sites but our aim is to mainly work with local and international artists.

Do you focus on being eco friendly and sustainable?

As a small new business we're doing our best to source and use the most sustainable products available to us locally, here in South Africa.

 

All our sleeve packaging is cellophane and not plastic. Cellophane is derived from natural sources such as wood, while plastic wrap is made from oil. Cellophane is biodegradable, so it can be composted or sent to a landfill in the regular garbage.

We also use 100% cotton wool with all our crochet items. All our boxes and cards are made from recycled material and we encourage customers to recycle them again.

 

We wish we had the resources of larger companies but will continue to do our best in sourcing the safest options available to us.

Are your die-cut and license disk stickers durable?

 

All our die-cut stickers and license disk stickers are made with intercoat waterproof and UV-resistant vinyl. They are, therefore, durable and suitable for use on your car or other surfaces that experience more wear and tear.
